胰腺癌经过手术部分切除，电疗、化疗后又转移至肝脏，目前必须靠止痛药来镇压疼痛问题。请问有什么建议？
胰腺癌如果是单纯的肝脏转移，可以用纳米刀，也可以用粒子植入治疗，也可以用微波冷冻这些方法来进行治疗。这些治疗之后，疼痛应该会缓解，或至少是会减轻。对于电疗化疗，我们不建议继续使用了，因为胰腺癌对于这两个方法，它的效果都是不好的，所以我建议用微创治疗，还可以加上免疫治疗。
