请问三阴性乳癌转移至肝已第四期，经化疗、免疫治疗、靶向治疗、临床实验都无效，医生也没办法，请问粒子植入治疗可以治好吗？
我建议可以用粒子植入加冷冻治疗，再加中药和免疫去治疗。扩散范围不大的话是可以“治愈”的；扩散范围比较大的话，还是考虑带瘤生存吧。带瘤生存时间最长的患者有37年。像这种病人，如果她的其他治疗效果不好，我们不追求把所有的肿瘤都杀灭，就算所有的肿瘤都杀灭了，这位患者的体质也会受到很大折损，所以我建议用微创治疗。
