Public Notice Regarding Unauthorized Use and Infringement of Our Hospital’s Intellectual Property Rights

Recently, our hospital has discovered that certain hospitals and medical institutions have, without our authorization, been systematically and repeatedly misappropriating, reproducing, and distributing our original medical promotional videos, overseas advertising copy, website text and images, and brand promotional materials for their own commercial promotion and patient acquisition activities.
Such conduct seriously infringes upon our copyright and rights of communication through information networks, and also constitutes unfair competition.
Our hospital has engaged a professional legal team to complete the preservation, notarization, and authentication of all evidence of infringement. The facts of the infringement are clear, and the legal basis for our claims is well established.
We hereby formally warn all parties involved in such infringement:
1. Immediately cease all infringing activities and, within three days from the date of this notice, completely remove and delete all videos, copy, images, and promotional materials that have been misappropriated or plagiarized from our hospital.
2. If the required rectification is not completed within the specified period, our hospital will take the following legal measures without further notice:
Issue a formal lawyer’s letter to the infringing party;
File intellectual property infringement complaints with the relevant platforms;
Submit administrative complaints to the relevant market regulation authorities;
File civil litigation with the People’s Court in accordance with the law and pursue the infringing party’s full legal liability.
Our hospital has always respected lawful and fair competition within the medical industry. However, we will never tolerate any institution taking shortcuts in its own development by plagiarizing the brand assets that our hospital has accumulated over many years.
All infringements will be pursued, and accountability will be sought to the fullest extent of the law.
This notice is hereby issued as a formal warning.
