At the 115th anniversary awards dinner of Kwong Wah Yit Poh held on the evening of October 26, Malaysia International Service Center of Modern Cancer Hospital Guangzhou was honored with the prestigious "Sun Yat-sen Spirit Award." The award, presented personally by Mr. Zhou Youbin, the Chinese Consul-General in Penang, is a significant recognition of our hospital's long-term commitment to international medical services.

Founded by Dr. Sun Yat-sen in 1910, this century-old newspaper upholds the principle of "the world as one community, serving society," which aligns perfectly with Modern Cancer Hospital Guangzhou's mission of "serving society through medical care." This accolade not only acknowledges our hospital and the Malaysia International Service Center's efforts in promoting health services and cultural exchanges locally but also signifies the continuation of Sun Yat-sen's spirit in contemporary medical philanthropy.

A newspaper that has circulated for 115 years, a compassionate heart that transcends borders. Modern Cancer Hospital Guangzhou will take this as an opportunity to continue upholding humanistic medical values, deepen international services, and safeguard every life's hope with professionalism and warmth, letting the light of universal love illuminate more corners in need.
